Bit A 4.1% English Pale Ale

We're kicking off 2018 with a new Fork Brewing release - Bit A 4.1% English Pale Ale!This new brew takes its inspiration from the ridiculously drinkable English Pale Ales (or Bitters) from the UK. They're often termed 'Ordinary Bitters' when judging this class of beer, but they are far from ordinary and far from bitter! Alternative 5.8% Germanic Pale Ale

Our first Fork Brewing release post the heady days of Beervana, sees the release of Alternative 5.8% Germanic Pale Ale, a closet hybrid beer style, which exclusively trials a brand new malt variety from Gladfield Malt. This Pale Ale is a bit of a hybrid, moonlighting between the North German/Dusseldorf-style Altbier (using fresh German hops) and a great English drinking beer called Extra Special Bitter (or ESB). ...READ MORE

Fork Brewing releases Champion Pale Ale for debut bottled beer

Fork Brewing has debuted its first bottled beer, with the release of our champion 5.9% Pale Ale Godzone Beat in 500ml bottles. Godzone Beat topped more than 50 entries in the Pale Ale category at the 2015 Brewers Guild of New Zealand Awards to take out the Champion Pale Ale Trophy last September. Colin Mallon, Operations guy of Fork & Brewer (the home of Fork Brewing), said Godzone Beat's win sparked the move into bottling its beer. ...READ MORE
