A new spin on a classic: Digitally Remastered IPA

The latest Fork & Brewer beer is a new spin on a classic New Zealand brew – Yeastie Boys Digital IPA. Thanks to those nifty QR codes on the bottles, the exact recipe for Digital IPA is freely available on-line.  The Fork’s head brewer, Lester Dunn, studied the recipe then talked to the beer’s creator, Yeastie Boy Stu McKinlay, about how he could put a “different spin” on it. ...READ MORE

Three New Beers on Tap

Our on-site brewery has started 2013 with a hiss and a roar with a number of new beers flowing through the taps. Craft Beer Capital Hopstock

The clever folks at Craft Beer Capital are celebrating the 2013 Nelson hop harvest with their new Wellington beer event 'Hopstock'.  "We're sourcing 6 fresh hop beers from the upper South Island region, and a couple from right here in Wellington.
